Welcome to MVM Transportation. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our transportation services and website. By booking transportation with us, accessing our site, or interacting with our team, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Overview
MVM Transportation provides non-emergency, scheduled transportation services primarily for children and youth. Services may include school transportation, after-school programs, camps, and family-requested rides.
2. Eligibility for Service
You must be:
A parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative of the child(ren) using our services
At least 18 years old to create a booking or enter into a service agreement
Willing to provide accurate, up-to-date contact, emergency, and child care information
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety, behavioral, or policy violations.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Advance Booking: Regular and one-time rides must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise approved.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Modifications: Changes to pickup/drop-off locations or times must be requested in writing or via phone and approved by dispatch.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance or according to the terms of your service agreement.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH, or invoicing (for schools or institutions).
Late payments may result in suspension of service.
5. Child Safety & Supervision
We take child safety seriously. To ensure a secure and respectful environment:
Children must be ready and waiting at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time.
MVM drivers will not leave a child unattended at drop-off. An authorized adult must be present, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Seatbelts or age-appropriate restraints must be worn at all times during transport.
We reserve the right to suspend service if a child consistently behaves in a way that compromises safety.
6. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Ensure your child is prepared, appropriately dressed, and understands basic transportation rules.
Provide us with accurate health, allergy, or behavioral information that may impact transport.
Communicate promptly with our team about delays, changes, or concerns.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal and child-related information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. We never sell or misuse your data.
8. Liability Disclaimer
MVM Transportation carries insurance and follows industry safety standards. However, we are not liable for:
Delays due to weather, traffic, or events beyond our control
Lost or forgotten personal items during transportation
Minor injuries that occur from unintentional accidents despite proper precautions
Each family or organization assumes responsibility for their child’s behavior and readiness for transport.
9. Suspension or Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:
Payment is not received
There are repeated safety concerns
False information is provided
Terms of use are violated
10. Website Usage
You agree not to misuse our website or systems. All content is owned by MVM Transportation and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
11. Amendments to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
